Appointments allow you to put a placeholder on the calendar. An appointment does not require many details aside from staff, date and time, and subject. Appointments are also used for non-consumer time management items such as internal meetings, identifying time off for vacation, or training sessions.
There are a several different types of appointments in SETWorks. This article demonstrates the capabilities of the "original appointment" (which may be referred to as Appointment Auth in your SETWorks), the most basic type of appointment in SETWorks. Depending on how your SETWorks is configured, the original appointment, shown in the following article, may not relate to you. Always refer to the direction provided by your SETWorks administrator above the information in the following article.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
