Coverage

Coverage

What is Coverage and how do I manage it in SETWorks?

For Administrators
Coverage allows the assignment of specific consumers to a specific user to further limit access beyond departments. Privileges must be enabled to view or manage coverage.
Info
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

Manage Coverage

There are a few options of making assignments.
  1. By staff - where a staff member is selected and all relevant consumers are assigned to that staff
  2. By consumer - the relevant staff are assigned to the consumer.

Other Information

  1. Coverage is not affected when a consumer is made active or inactive.
  2. Coverage is not affected when a consumer changes departments.
  3. Manually unauthorizing users will remove their coverage altogether.
  4. Coverage is also removed when a user's account is automatically unauthorized according to Provider Profile settings or lack of login (after 90 days).

Coverage and Billable Group Records

What if there are multiple clients in the same record but I only have coverage for one of them?

If a user has coverage assigned to only one of the consumers in a group record, SETWorks will hide the goals section for the consumer(s) they don't have access to. Instead of the consumer's name, the "[No Access]" message will be displayed as a placeholder.
