What is Consumer Attendance and how does it work?
Consumer Attendance is a feature that allows a user to easily track simple details such as whether a consumer was present that day. By default, SETWorks is configured to track if a consumer was:
- In Attendance
- Out of Program
- Hospitalized
- Not Served
These entries can be modified via the Attendance Utility.
Accessing Consumer Attendance
To access Consumer Attendance:
Enable the following privilege:
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Global
Enable the Attendance feature.
Once enabled, navigate to Consumer Attendance by selecting it from the Select: Add dropdown menu:
To Set Up Attendance
Create a new attendance sheet by selecting Create New Attendance Sheet:
Select a Department, Enter a Description, and Select the Start and End dates:
Select Insert to Save.
Using Attendance
Select the attendance sheet by clicking on it. This will display the attendance below:
Finally, click the circular icon for each date for each client to reflect their attendance each day:
To mark all participants as absent for one day, simply click the blue link for a specific date. This will change the status for all participants in bulk for that date.

Exporting
To export the entire attendance sheet, select "Click here to export attendance sheet"
To print the entire attendance sheet, select "Print attendance sheet"
To export only one client's attendance, select the blue link next to their name.
What if a new consumer is added to the program mid-month?
If a new client is added to the department when there is an active attendance sheet, SETWorks will notify you with a message on the top of the sheet:
Select the blue "Add the new consumers link" to add the client(s).
