Enabling States and Counties

SETWorks contains a comprehensive list of US states and counties. Most states and counties are disabled by default to reduce the number of unused options in dropdown lists throughout the site.

This article explains how to change the Rates for Outcomes and Milestones

Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.

If a new state or county is needed, follow these steps to enable it.

1. Navigate to the Provider Build section and select the State / County Utility from the Utilities drop down menu

      Settings>Provider Build>Utilities>State / County

2. Select the appropriate state.

3. Click on the check-boxes next to the counties that you would like to enable (Check All and Uncheck All are options).

After completing this setup all applicable states and counties will be shown to all users.
