Administrators
SETWorks allows users to create several different types of forms. We refer to these types as entities. The new entity types of "Confidential Consumer" and "Confidential Staff" have been added. The following article will discuss how to use Confidential Consumer Forms and Confidential Staff Forms.
Confidential Forms is intended for use by managers or administrators to create forms that have strict controls on visibility. While any role that can create new forms can create a Confidential Form, only the roles that have been granted access to the Confidential Forms page will be able to view them.
Two privileges control access to the Confidential Consumer Forms Index and the Confidential Staff Forms Index. Once the appropriate privilege is active for your role, you can access both the Confidential Consumer Form and the Confidential Staff Form Index from the Global Action Menu (Select: Add dropdown). In addition, the privilege also allows you to create new Confidential forms.
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Forms:
“Show the Confidential Consumer Forms Index in the Global Action Menu. This allows the user to view Confidential Consumer Forms.”
"Show the Confidential Staff Forms Index in the Global Action Menu. This allows the user to view Confidential Staff Forms."
In addition, the following two privileges control which user is selected when you add a confidential form:
“Limit the Confidential Consumer Forms Index to show only forms created by the current user. This prevents users from viewing forms they didn't create.“
“Limit the Confidential Staff Forms Index to show only forms created by the current user. This prevents users from viewing forms they didn't create..“
To access the Confidential Consumer Forms Index, open the Global Action Menu (Select: Add dropdown) and select Confidential Consumer Forms
