How do I review Case Management Notes?

The Case Management Report is specific to Missouri TCM organizations and makes reviewing notes easy and efficient.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
Report Options
Has service logging issues: Filters documentation to only show 'issues' as defined within the Logging Word Utility.
Settings > Provider Build > Utilities: Logging Word Utility
Show created and updated date: Shows the Created Date and Last Updated Date on the 2nd page.
Highlight service logging issues: Highlights service logging issues as configured within the Logging Word Utility (listed above).
Only show statistics: Only shows the first page statistics
Exclude addendums: If a case management note already exists, you can open it up and add an addendum. Removed addendums from the report.
