Why Can't I See Any Filtering Options on the Business Intelligence Dashboards?

The Business Intelligence Dashboards have a filters panel. Look for a small gray arrow to control whether the filters panel is displayed.
Filters Panel
The panel of filters on the right allows you to change what information is displayed.
You can show or hide this panel by clicking the small arrow on the filtering panel, shown in the screenshot below:
If you're unable to see the filtering panel, like in the screenshot below:
Click the arrow to expand the filtering options:
After clicking the arrow, the filters panel will be displayed again:
