How do I use SETWorks to track behaviors?

You can use the Behavior Tracking module in SETWorks to track individual's behaviors.
Configuration
Activate the following permission for any user role that needs to be able to access the behavior tracking module:
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Consumer Profile:
Show Behavior Tracking tab on Consumer Profile.
Create Behavior categories using the Behavior Tracking Utility:
Setting Up Behavior Tracking Under a Consumer
Now that the privilege has been activated and general categories have been added, we're ready to set up behavior tracking specific to each client.
Navigate to the consumer's profile and select the Behavior Tracking tab:
Under the Behavior heading, select "add behavior".
In the window that opens, select the category from the "Behavior" dropdown and enter the behavior in the "Description" field.
Use the date selectors to define a start and end date for the behavior tracking.
Ensure the Active checkbox is selected:
Click "save".
Tracking Behaviors
Now that the Behaviors are configured for the individual, we can start tracking behaviors.
Navigate to the "Tracking" header.
Select "add tracking".
In the window that opens, select the Behavior from the "Behavior" dropdown.
Enter a description of the behavior that occurred in the "Comments" field.
The "Date" field will automatically select today's date. Adjust as needed.
The "Count" field will automatically select "1". Adjust as needed.
Ensure the "Active" checkbox is selected:
Click "save" to save the tracking entry.

If the behavior occurs again on the same day, the plus and minus options next to the "Count" field can be used to record additional behaviors:
