How do I assign a Staff to an Authorization?

Staff can be assigned to a specific authorization. This is a good way to indicate that a specific staff person is responsible for ensuring that authorization is being used and monitored.
Terminology can be modified within SETWorks to better fit the needs of your organization. If the terminology in our articles are not the same on your site, talk to your local administrator to assist in translation.
Staff Assignment Privileges
Settings > Provider Build > Maintain Privileges > Authorizations:

Access Staff Assignment in Authorizations
1. Click on the Consumers index.
2. Select your consumer to open their profile.
3. Select the Authorization tab.
4. Select the desired Authorization to open and edit.
5. Select the Assigned Staff dropdown.
6. Select the desired staff name from the dropdown option to apply.
7. Update.
How do I notify staff they've been assigned to an authorization?
