Ambassador Pilot Program

Ambassador Pilot Program

Join us in SETWorks' very first Ambassador Pilot Program!

Read on to learn more about this exciting new pilot opportunity!

The primary goal for the SETWorks Ambassador Program is to build and strengthen the community between like minded providers that use SETWorks. We believe a stronger SETWorks community will lead to providers doing better work, both through providers sharing best practices with each other (and SETWorks), and SETWorks learning how to better serve providers in your state.

There are several ways we believe Ambassadors are essential for making this happen. We envision SETWorks Ambassadors to host User Groups to facilitate the sharing of ideas, workflows, best practices, and discuss relevant new state/funder policy changes.

We're also launching a dedicated channel for Ambassadors to connect with each other and their SETWorks representatives, and to gain access to exclusive webinars on new SETWorks features. We're hoping these efforts will provide great support for ambassadors while improving collaboration and knowledge sharing across the community.

Ambassador Requirements:

  1. Must LOVE SETWorks and it's potential for Disability Service agencies!
  2. Must be a SETWorks Administrator with access to Settings (i.e. Utilities, Privileges, User Maintenance, Form Builder) or a key program leader on your organization's SETWorks team.
Below is an outline of the participation involved and some of the perks you should expect to see by becoming an Ambassador:

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and facilitate a SETWorks User Group monthly or quarterly for more than one organization that is using SETWorks in your state.
    1. Within these user groups, you'll encourage the sharing of ideas, workflows, and best practices, in addition to staying up to date with policy changes statewide.
  2. Attend monthly SETWorks webinars.
  3. Read through weekly product updates and stay up to date on enhancements.
  4. Advocate and communicate with a designated SETWorks representative quarterly for state-based knowledge sharing, feedback, and insight.
  5. Be a SETWorks reference, as requested and as best fit.

Exclusive Benefits:

  1. Ambassador swag.
  2. Access to product webinars that showcase new features and provide a peek into the SETWorks product roadmap.
  3. Access to a private SETWorks hosted Ambassador chat group.
  4. Designated access to a SETWorks representative to voice feedback about state-based changes and needs.
  5. Early access for participation in SETWorks research, case studies, Lunch n' Learn presentations, conference booth attendance, and blog content as a subject matter expert.
We'd love you hear your initial thoughts and answer any questions you might have.
