Is there or can there be a way to have User Roles included in Messages so that we can send messages directly to those falling within a specific user role?  This would be helpful when having to inform individuals who share a user role when there are changes made in the system that pertain to them.  The name should say something like "Program Coordinator (user role distribution list)"
