Is there a way to assign a time sensitive notification function to signing off notes for a service/documentation/appointment?  I don't know if I'm just not using the right keyword search to find any articles.  Ideally when we are completing service and fill out our notes, we want to avoid anyone forgetting to sign off.  We have people saving the notes but not inputting their signature.  We have a timeline to adhere to for billing purposes.
