When we perform an authorization upload from Pennsylvania's HCSIS system, the report contains unit cost.

I manually convert that unit cost and enter the hourly rate into the Service/Phase Utility for each authorization.

Is there a way that the upload can automatically update this rate in the system?  This rate change would not be per consumer, it's per service so it would be consistent for everyone who receives the service. 

I'm looking for a way to avoid manually going into the utility to update that rate since it is already part of the HCSIS upload.
