There are times that I have needed or wanted to have a statement in the activity record to remind staff to do something or to just state that something was done that really doesn't need to be answered it just needs to be a part of the documentation. Having a "label" option in plan questions would be very helpful. Something that will show in documentation when printed, but staff don't have to specifically answer. Or is there some way to get these types of statements now that I am not aware of.
