Has anyone had recurring issues with users logging in and using SetWorks on personal phones ( while not at work) to complete workflow, documentation, and/or signing off on records? Our agency has attempted to tackle this at a training and disciplinary angle, but this major problem persists.
We understand staff need SW access on phones to reset passwords or get 2FA codes, but logging in/completing documentation on personal phones at any location should be out of the question.
What sorts of things have you all done to combat this?

*I'm in Ohio, which has strict regulations around geo-location recording to ensure services are provided/recorded as provided at designated, assigned locations.
