We would like to have the ability to do non-billable with a group as opposed to a single consumer.

For instance:  We need to account for why our consumers are absent from day program on poor weather days and we use the non-billable with consumer activity record to do so.  Since we can only choose one name at a time, you can see how this becomes cumbersome when all names have to be accounted for in the absence.
