I have an idea, and I am not sure if this can be put into practice or not.
I am trying to figure out a way that setworks can incorporate scheduling into a monthly report to hopefully take some of that scheduling load from the coordinators.
If we added the following:
Member Availability- on the individual details page (example: John Doe is available M/W/F from 10am-3pm)
Upcoming Appointments as an option in clinical events.
Then: Create a report "Monthly Member Calendar" that we would be able to filter by month, member, and staff. This report would pull, member availability, upcoming appointments and member authorized hours (not units, hours) into a monthly calendar.
I feel like I am dreaming too big, but I just wanted to see what the possibility even is of this.
