Hi everyone, 

We've recently had the request to update the Job Coaching Progress Report & Service Log form to auto-populate interventions/goals from the goals tab of the individual's profile. Currently the process is to type or copy/paste the goals into a text box on the form when completing it.

Would anyone else find it beneficial to auto-populate the interventions/goals straight onto the form report?
