Inactive Consumer and activity records
We had a consumer who was indicated as inactive on 3/5/2022. We then attempted to do a billable group activity record for that consumer for 3/5/2022 as well as earlier, but his name was not available in the consumer drop down in the activity record despite still having an active authorization for the particular service we were attempting to document on.
I had to make the individual active again so that a note could be completed.
Are we not able to do a note for the individual after they have been made inactive even if that note is dated on the day of or prior to the discharge date?
