Hi everyone,

A few changes are coming based on our conversation at the User Group on Wednesday:

• The goals from your goals tab will populate onto the Job Coaching Progress Report & Service Log.
• The terms ‘Notes’ and ‘Progress’ will be removed from the Job Coaching Progress Report & Service Log.
• The ‘Reporting Period’ will not pull results but will be listed as a label or header.
• No changes will be made to the Start and End Date. It is recommended you end date your authorization end date to the last date of service to reflect accurately on the form.
