FCS progress notes in SETworks

To any SETworks users providing FCS services in Washington:  I'm curious about the FCS/Medicaid documentation rule that requires the exact service time to be stated in the progress note (example: "Services provided from 10:05 AM to 10:55 AM"). 

Are other providers doing this?  If so, are you billing for the full 15-minute increments of time selected for the case note, or manually calculating the actual service time using the stated service time and Medicaid's 8-minute rule?  Is there a way in SETworks to make that calculation automatically?
