Just out of curiosity, when it comes to having more then one staff in a house at a time: Who does the notes on the members? Do you have one staff complete notes on all members? Do you split the members between the 2 staff and have the staff who are providing the services to the member do the notes?

If you have a staff go from one site to another site to just do a medication pass do you have them write a billable note on medication pass or do you they just have to sign the MAR?
