Hey guys

Idea for a change; The documentation complete view on ARs is somewhat misleading as it is showing an overall complete status for shifts where an individual comment was made HOWEVER outcomes/goals were not documented on.

Would be good if we could see if outcomes/goals and plan questions were documented on – we are not strict on individual comments if all other documentation has been recorded on goals and plan questions

would be great if we could get some support for this suggestion for it to be a higher priority for development
