These report options are somewhat limited due to having to choose one consumer/department or all.  If the filter selections were checkboxes, users would be able to choose any number of specific consumers/departments on their caseload.  We do have the ability to filter after the report generates, but it would be more efficient to be able to filter prior to generating the report.  The system sometimes has difficulty generating report results when you ask for large amounts of data.  Users are sometimes faced with calling on larger amounts of unnecessary data in order to capture data on specific consumers/departments.
