It would be extremely helpful if there was a way for the system to automatically attach Batch Edit Service Plan Questions to the activity record as soon as an individual is assigned an authorization.  We have specific questions set up for each authorization so there would be no crossover there.  Currently, each time someone receives a new service, I have to manually attach them to each question for that service.  As you can imagine, this can be time consuming.
