Authorizations

When you receive a new SDR for an active consumer , do you change the authorization code in the authorization information ? I’ve been doing that but realized it’s updating the previous logs and then making them incomplete ( because the dates are same, but the plan #/authorization code is different)

What’s your procedure ??
